The event will also include children’s entertainment, superhero’s will be around the area, face painting, Birds of Prey demonstrations and a children’s fair. The emergency Services will be on the harbour showcasing their equipment and demonstrating what they do. We have a birds of Prey display and more. Including the Fire service, Coastguard, Lifeboat and hopefully the blood Bikes.
This years charities will be COSC & Maryport Inshore Rescue. 2 great local charities with the Presentation this year being held in the Butchers Arms due to the proposed closure of the Navy Club at the time the event date was set.
The Presentation will also include bouncy castles for the kids, food for those attending and live music from the brilliant Band ‘The Mustangs’. EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT THE PRESENTATION
The harbour side based events will be available from 1030 with judging for the various categories starting at 1200hrs. The Race is planned for approx 1300hrs start with boats leaving the harbour approx 30 minutes before hand.
